Nilo POS — POS system connected to Nilo ERP

Context

Nilo POS is the point-of-sale product from Negocios Nex, designed to plug directly into the Nilo ERP for inventory and invoicing. I led the frontend implementation for the product.

This is closed-source proprietary work for an employer. The notes below describe my contributions at a technical level — no production screenshots, code or customer data are shared.

My role

• Frontend lead: owned the end-to-end frontend implementation of the POS surface.
• ERP integration on the client: wired the POS UI to the Nilo ERP data model so inventory adjustments, customer state and invoicing stayed in sync.
• Invoicing flow: built the screens and client-side logic for invoicing, including line items, customer linkage and totals.
• Operational UX: tuned the screens for fast cashier workflows — keyboard-first interactions, minimal clicks per sale, clear error states.
